How long does production take?+
Most orders ship in 3–5 business days from artwork approval and payment. Bulk orders may take longer; we'll confirm a date with your quote.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?+
No. We have no minimum order. Order one piece or thousands — same fast service.
Do you charge setup fees?+
No. Lightning Laser Cuts never charges setup or art fees.
What materials can you engrave or cut?+
We engrave and cut wood, metal, leather, plastic, acrylic, glass, and more. Send a photo if you're unsure about your material.
What file types do you accept?+
Vector files work best: .ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf. We also accept high-resolution .png and .jpg images.
Can I pick up my order locally?+
Yes — local pickup is available in Murrieta and Temecula. We'll coordinate a pickup time once your order is ready.
Do you ship nationwide?+
Yes. We ship to every U.S. state via USPS and UPS. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship worldwide on request via USPS and UPS. International shipping rates and times will be confirmed on your quote.
Do you make pre-stocked products?+
No. Every Lightning Laser Cuts order is made-to-order, cut and engraved fresh after your design is approved.

What's the difference between engraving and printing?+
Engraving burns or removes material to leave a permanent, tactile mark — it never wears off. Printing applies ink or vinyl to the surface and may fade over time. Engraving is the premium choice for branded gifts and awards.
